These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 99xx0 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the 99xx0 website, mobile experience, and associated services accessible at 99xx0.net. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — in whole or in part — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately upon discovery, and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus winnings associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

Verification

99xx0 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: national ID card, passport, driver's licence, utility bill, bank statement, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the platform may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, with any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your 99xx0 account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent via any channel associated with your account. The following obligations apply to every registered player:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

99xx0 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for players in Bangladesh. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The available methods and applicable limits may be updated periodically without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

Withdrawals

• Using any automated tool, script, bot, or mechanical device to interact with the 99xx0 platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 99xx0 support staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the 99xx0 platform — including but not limited to the brand name 99xx0, the platform logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99xx0 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99xx0 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without explicit prior written consent from 99xx0.
• Use the 99xx0 name, logo, or brand assets in any external publication, advertisement, or communication without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used to operate the platform or its games.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools or manual processes for commercial or competitive purposes.

No rights over third-party game content are conveyed to players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99xx0 and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the 99xx0 platform, whether due to planned maintenance , unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any loss of data, including account history, transaction records, or gameplay data, resulting from technical failures outside the platform's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 99xx0's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you to your 99xx0 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

While we work to maintain high standards of uptime, security, and service quality, we make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any aspect of the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

99xx0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, updates to platform functionality, or revisions to business policy. When material changes are made, 99xx0 will publish a notice on the platform or notify registered players via their registered email address. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 99xx0 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].

Termination by the Player

You may close your 99xx0 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before processing an account closure, the platform will complete any pending transactions, apply any outstanding responsible gaming obligations, and verify that no active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements remain. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to successful identity verification.

Termination by 99xx0

99xx0 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if: you have breached any provision of these Terms; the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; you have provided false or misleading registration information; or continued operation of your account would expose the platform to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In cases of termination for cause, 99xx0 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of 99xx0 that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The platform's final determination on any dispute following completion of the internal review process is binding on both parties.
